This website

This site has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. The form on the contact page only opens your own text or email app, so nothing you type reaches me until you send it. The company hosting the site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep it running.

If I contacted you first

I only use published business contact details, such as those on your website or business listing. I keep your business name, those details and a note of why I got in touch, so I can follow up and don't contact you twice. Those records are deleted after 90 days.

If I made a sample for your business, it isn't listed on search engines and sits at a hard-to-guess link. It's deleted when you ask, or after 30 days.

If you get in touch or become a customer

I collect what's needed to do the work: your name, business details, ABN, contact details, photos, logo and messages. I use them to talk to you, build and look after your site, register your web address and keep the records a business has to keep.

Who else handles it

I use outside services to run the business, and some may store information outside Australia:

Stripe, for payments. I never see your full card details.
Cal.com, for booking calls.
Email and phone providers, for messages.
Website hosting, and the web address registrar for your .com.au.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you. Some records may have to be kept by law. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, tell me first, and you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
