Which package do I need?
Base (A$997 total) suits a small business that needs up to 5 pages. Full (A$1,497 total) is a business website of any size, with no per-page charges. Premium (A$2,497 total) is the entire Full build, plus unlimited changes until launch and SEO optimisation.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
That's the Full package. It covers a business website of any size, with no per-page charges.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. Care is optional on all three packages, and it's A$99 a month from go-live if you want it. Without it, you get your site files, hosting is yours to organise, and your web address and its renewal are yours to manage.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. I handle it. If you already have a web address, your IT person gets a short message from me, or I walk you through it.
Will my email keep working?
Yes. I don't touch your email.
Who owns it?
You own the website once paid, and the web address is always in your name.
What if I stop the care plan?
You get your files, but the site goes offline until someone else hosts it. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Your web address and its renewal are yours to manage.
Will this get me more jobs?
It helps customers find and trust you. Nobody can honestly guarantee jobs or rankings.
What is SEO optimisation in Premium?
It's part of the Premium build, not a monthly service. It's there to help Google find and understand your site. Nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, leads or jobs, and search clicks aren't the same as customers.
What do you need from me?
Your ABN, logo if you have one, a few job photos and any corrections.
How do I pay?
Card or direct debit through Stripe. It's one payment for your package after our call: A$997, A$1,497 or A$2,497. If you add care, the A$99 a month starts at go-live.
Do you charge GST?
I'll confirm whether prices include GST before you get an invoice.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell me what's wrong and I'll work through it with you. Base and Full include 3 rounds of changes before it goes live, and Premium has unlimited changes until launch. Australian Consumer Law rights apply.
Is the sample my finished site?
No. A sample is an example only. Possibilities are endless, and yours gets built for your trade and your brand.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Your finished site is fully editable, so any change you want can be made. Base and Full include 3 rounds of changes before it goes live, and Premium has unlimited changes until launch. After launch, the optional care plan includes 1 small change a month, done within 2 business days.
I already have a website. Can you still help?
Yes. You keep your email and your web address stays in your name. When the new site's ready, your IT person gets a short message from me, or I walk you through it. I never ask for passwords.
Can you do an online shop, bookings or ads?
Not in these packages. Logo, photo shoots, online shops, booking systems, ads and promised rankings aren't included.
How long does it take?
Base is built within 7 days of receiving your details. For Full and Premium, I'll confirm the build time on our call.
How do we work together?
Book a 15-minute call at a time that suits you. After that, most things happen by email or text, and I reply within 1 business day.
